millionsofrooms.com is an agent for all the bookings we make on your behalf and accepts no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any bookings or for the acts or omissions of any bookings or other person(s) or party/parties connected with your booking. For all bookings your contract will be with the hotel room provider concerned. The hotels booking conditions will apply to your contract and prices and cancellation conditions shall be displayed when making each reservation, dependant on prevailing conditions, availability and other factors. The website will guide you through the booking procedure.
Any booking that you make through this website is conditional on you accepting these General Terms and Conditions, privacy policy (the "Terms"). The Terms form an integral part of our website and cannot be separated from the general contracting conditions, operations or reservations. By visiting, using or making bookings from the millionsofrooms.com, you expressly consent and agree to be bound by the Terms and all applicable laws and regulations that govern this website and your booking.

5 . INSURANCE |

10. COMPLAINTS OR ISSUES WITH YOUR ACCOMMODATION |

In the unlikely event that you have reason to complain or experience any problems with your accommodation please inform the accommodation reception staff or management immediately, to enable them to take appropriate action.
If you are not satisfied with the customer service or response from the reception staff please contact millionsofrooms.com using the customer services form. |

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY |

In the event that millionsofrooms cancels, withdraws or refuses to redeem a Promotion, or if you are unable to use or fail to use a Promotion Code, we do not accept liability for any loss or anticipated loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of contract or other opportunity nor do we accept liability for any consequential or indirect loss. |

12. LOWEST RATE GUARANTEE |

We are sure that we offer the lowest room rates around the world, however if you find a lower price for the same hotel, destination and dates you have booked on millionsofrooms.com, on any other website within 24hrs, we will refund the difference to you. |

13. BOOKING AMENDMENT POLICY |
| |
1. It is the responsibility of the website user to take care in booking, having acquired all the necessary information from Millions Of Rooms Global Ltd’ site and/or any other sources to make an informed choice, including the destination of travel, type of hotel and room type. Alterations to bookings are at the sole discretion of Millions Of Rooms Global Ltd and will be dealt with on an individual basis.
2. Requested amendments may include changes to any of the following:
- Room type booked
- Number of guests
- Number of nights accommodation required
- Dates of stay
Any change to the selected hotel provider itself (unless the new provider requested falls under the same hotel chain as applies to the original booking) constitutes a ‘cancellation’ and user’s must refer to the ‘Cancellation Policy of the hotel’. The alternate hotel provider offer must then be secured through a new booking.
3. Website users may seek to amend their booking at any time through amend booking button in the bookings page in user panel. All communications between the user and Millions Of Rooms Global Ltd team for amendments will therefore be exchanged online. The team will deal with such requests will utmost urgency and care, replying via email or in exceptional cases, by phone to the user.
4. Millions Of Rooms Global Ltd does its best to accommodate amendment requests, however cannot guarantee fulfilment of such requests. If Millions Of Rooms Global Ltd is unable to make requested changes, Millions Of Rooms Global Ltd will always try to suggest a suitable second option to the website user. In some/rare cases, and particularly if such a request comes at late notice, Millions Of Rooms Global Ltd may not be able to accommodate the user’s amendment request.
5.If your requested amendment can be fulfilled, any associated increase in cost from the original booking price for accommodation will be charged to the website user and immediately debited by Millions Of Rooms Global Ltd from the user’s previously registered payment source. The submission of the amendment request by the user constitutes their agreement for their account to be debited the appropriate outstanding amount.
Any reduction in costs due to cheaper selected accommodation option will be reimbursed to the user under the amendment and cancellation conditions of the hotel. |

14. FAILURE TO ARRIVE ON THE BOOKING DATE (NO SHOW) |
| |
If, for whatever reason, you do not turn up at the hotel on the arrival date stated on your booking voucher it will be considered as "a no show", you or any member of your party will not be entitled to any refund. |

15. CANCELLATION |
|
|
| |
You may cancel your booking at any time prior to your arrival date through the Site.
If you cancel your booking, there may be a cancellation charge fee levied by the hotel or other service provider. In any event, if you fail to cancel your booking in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Further details of cancellation policy are is displayed to you on confirming your booking and are also sent to you with your booking voucher.
If, for whatsoever reason, you do not turn up at the accommodation on the arrival date stated on your booking confirmation email, without prior warning to LateRooms ("a no show"), this shall be considered a cancellation. |

16. CHILD POLICY & EXTRA PERSON |
| |
Child policy may vary between hotels, however the standard policy allows children up to 3 years to stay free of charge in parents room using existing bedding or a baby cot upon request. For older children the age requirement policy will depend on hotel policy, stated in information section. |

17. FORCE MAJEURE |
| |
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss (as more fully described in clause 10(1) below) as a result of "force majeure". In these Booking Conditions, "force majeure" means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. |

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT |

This User Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this site. |
